Hi,

I need a custom script that has these features:

• Can convert ICO to PNG, JPG, GIF
  
• Can convert PNG, JPG, GIF to ICO
  
• And upload area to upload ICO files
  
• Option to host converted files
  
• Recently Converted Files
  
• Upgrade to paid account feature

Needs a admin backend:

• Delete Users
  
• Delete uploaded icons with a "this icon has been deleted" image
  
• Manage accounts

Also needs a simple member backend:

• Login/Logout
  
• Account Activation Emails
  
• Change Password and email address
  
• Two account levels
  
• 500mb account limit on free acounts
  
• Unlimited on paid accounts

I need to be able to change the look of the site will little hassle, so basically, I just need to be able to style the script areas with CSS and add other things around the script.

Please PM me with a quote to do this and turnaround time. Needs to use Ajax for a lot of the features.
